Although there is only one project currently being used for a scheduling template, this program has the ability for the user to enter several templates for ongoing trials. This makes the program a lot more versatile since they can now use the existing scheduling algorithms to schedule different projects.

It's very simple to create a predefined schedule for a specific patient. Through the use of this screen, the user can choose a patient, a start date and an appropriate project. Once these variables have been selected, the program will search for valid timeslots until it finds a suitable solution.

This is what the program displays when it has found a suitable solution for the patient's schedule. The program queries all available room resources and comes back with a schedule if it complies with the projects constraints. The user can then choose to book this schedule or go back and try again for a different time period.
