This tool was created for the customer service representatives at buzzhits.com. The web application is tied to an integrated voice response system which auto-populates caller information when they are routed to a representative. This is accomplished using an activeX control from Altitude Software and the EasyTalk IVR system.
This page allows the CSR to search for a customer based on various criteria.

Consumer information and demographics can be collected here. Notice the IVR section of the form which shows information for the current caller gathered from the IVR system.

If the consumer wants to place an order over the phone instead of on the website, the CSR has the ability to create the order and search for any products the consumer requests.

This "translator" tool was quite an interesting problem I got to tackle. The problem was 2 separate sources of music information (song title/artist). Buzzhits needed a way to somehow marry these data records to each other if in fact they referred to the same piece of music. Perfect text matches were automatically married, however, "close matches" for a specific song could be narrowed down and manually married using this tool.
